It's hard to believe, but Vacation Bible School is right around the corner and our VBS team is hard at work planning for this summer's adventure!!! This summer the Avon Baptist Church presents: Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus Vacation Bible School!!!
At Shipwrecked VBS, kids will venture onto an uncharted island where kids survive and thrive. They will leave Shipwrecked VBS knowing that there is Someone bigger than their struggles, Someone bigger than their weaknesses and Someone who will transform the Avon Baptist Church into a place buzzing with excitement!!
Shipwrecked VBS will be an exciting adventure with games, stories, videos and snacks. Parents, grandparents and friends are invited to join us for our closing exercises each day at noon; a daily celebration of Jesus' love you won't want to miss!
So mark these dates on your calendar: Monday, July 9th through Friday July 13th. VBS will run from 9:00 AM until 12:15 PM at the Avon Baptist Church. Please note that since everything is hands on, kids might a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and safe shoes.
